The Zahra North Coast project on the Egyptian North Coast will play host to 5 and 7 star hotels. It will also feature a Court Island that caters to pure recreation as well as a Commercial Strip for the love of shopping. Additionally, Zahra North Coast will feature 8 swimming pools – aside from those specifically for children- . 10% of the overall area of the project will be covered in artificial lagoons and 40% green landscapes, with only 17% built up area. Moreover, residents will have full access to the compound’s Club House, which spreads over 8 acres on its own.
